There should be a balance to work and family life.
Awards generally meets the needs of workplaces but many workers are missing out on adequate conditions because of their casual or outworker status or because they are in unregulated and low paid industries. There should be minimum entitlements such as sick leave, annual leave, and family leave for all employees.
